ICS

'International Competition Score' (ICS) is a value that represents athletes competitiveness at international level. Athletes are given a competition score for each competition, and the total of these values is their ICS.

The value given to the athlete is determined by the number of competitors in their category multiplied by the competition level factor divided by placing.
Comp level factors are determined by the level of competition -
4 - Olympic
3 - World
2 - Continental
1 - Other/U17/U20/U23

Example
If there are 10 competitors in a category at the OLYMPICS and the athlete places 5th the calculation would simply be (10 * 4) / 5, giving them a competition score of 8. A bombout in any competition will result in a competition score of -1.
